Yes, Northeast 3PL is an FDA registered company. However, there are many different types of FDA certifications, so be sure to inquire about your specific requirements.

Our business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

We are closed on the following holidays:

• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day & the day after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Day & either the day before or the day after

Northeast 3PL is not open on weekends, however if you have an urgent need that requires weekend coverage, we will work with you to provide the coverage that is needed.

No, we do not charge any start up or setup fees for most installations. However, if you have a specific requirement then additional fees may apply.

We do not require long term contracts. We believe that if we provide a quality service then there's no reason for you to want to look elsewhere. Our level of service is second to none.

Northeast 3PL provides a complete product return service that includes receiving, inspection, repackaging, and labeling.

Northeast 3PL can support your probiotic or supplements business.

We will ship your orders the same-day that they are received as long as they are received before the shipping cutoff time of 2:00 PM.

We can ship to any country or territory that the shipping carriers service. We just need you to provide us with the necessary information including harmonized codes, proper descriptions, and product values to expedite the process.

The simple answer is yes. You will be provided with your own dashboard so you can have real time, read only access yo all your information including inventory and shipments data.

We typically receive incoming inventory within 24 hours as long as we have a proper pack slip to reconcile to.

Yes, our cloud based warehouse management software system supports all methods of shipments.

Yes, our WMS provides for serial number capture.
