1. Shopping Cart Integration
We facilitate communication between your e-commerce shopping cart and our Order Management and Warehouse Management systems. We integrate with Amazon.com, Shopify, WooCommerce, UltraCart, Volusion, Magento, eBay, and BigCommerce.
Once your shopping cart is integrated, your orders feed directly into our warehouse. We provide same day shipping for all orders received by 3 PM.
2. Warehousing and Inventory Management
We receive your inventory direct from your supplier and stock it in our clean, secure warehouse. The moment and order arrives, inventory is automatically allocated ensuring no inventory is sold twice. If an order is in back order, a notification goes to the warehouse that the order can now be packed and shipped the moment the inventory is received.
3. Shipping
We can customize packing slips with your logo. We ship via all major carriers and can arrange for courier, LTL, and FTL. 24/7 access to shipment data, tracking information, etc., which can also be automatically sent to you and/or your customer.
Web-Based Reports and Dashboards
Easy real-time data access on your orders and products 24/7. There are multiple reports you can run or we can schedule them to be sent to you when you need them.
